My digital art is created predominately for Personal Use, Art-For-Hire (AFH), and Art-For-Others (AFO). I ask that you not pass the files and images around to your friends, give them away for free, sell as is on a site or on a cd, claim as your own, or upload to another website. Nicholas Gomez freebies should only be downloaded from his blog: http://www.nicholasgomez.com/blog. IN all do respect, this is one of the ways I help to feed my family.

COMMERCIAL USE AGREEMENT

Commercial Use is not extended to companies, partnerships, LLC’s or corporations.
These files – which are to be considered a design tool rather than a final design product – are allowed to be used by the sole individual only and are not to be shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, transferred, or posted across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page in their original form. The individual user is allowed to create derivative designs using these files – but is not licensed to re-distribute them in their original format.
Do not make copies of these files on any electronic or physical medium (including CDs, diskettes, or other storage medium) for reasons other than back-up purposes.
What you can do:
*Use these graphics for your own personal layouts/projects.
*Use these graphics for kits, flattened pages and/or albums for profit.
*Use the word art incorporated into your designs to create scrapkits but may not be resold as a stand-alone product. You may not make brushes, rub-ons, or include in a word art kit for redistribution.
*Create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, layouts, invitations and other printed materials for your own small business provided that they are finished pieces. This means that you may sell items that are printed or flattened but you may not sell a download or cd of any kind.
*Recolor, resize, and otherwise change these graphics for your own personal or commercial projects.
*Submit your layouts/projects using these graphics online as long as credit is given to the designer.
*Submit your layouts/projects using these graphics to publications as long as credit is given to the designer.
What you can NOT do:
~Use these graphics for web templates or web design.
~Claim these graphics as your own either in their original state, or in an altered state.
~Resell or redistribute these graphics in their original form.
~You may not make brushes, rub-ons, or include in a word art kit for redistribution.
~Print or have printed any of the original graphics to sell in stores on websites (Ebay, CafePress, etc.).
